Excellent service from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with the professional service we received from this blind company. Ryan, was fantastic, knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about making sure we got the right blinds for our bifold doors. He took the time to explain the options and helped us make the right choice. Morgan, the fitter, and Rowan, his assistant, did an outstanding job with the installation. They were punctual, tidy, and Morgan clearly takes pride in his work. The blinds fit perfectly and look absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier! We experienced superb communication, fair pricing, and attention to detail from start to finish. We can honestly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality blinds and excellent customer service! Thank you to the entire team.

Brilliant service from Pretlove’s team. Ryan was amazing helping us choose our roller blinds and shutters, he really took his time with us to get it right. Delivery was spot on time and the shutters even came early, and they got the fitting booked in ASAP. Quality is premium and Morgan masters all fittings and so hard working, polite and tidy. Highly recommend Ryan and the team.

So so happy with my voiles! Exactly what I wanted - they look really expensive and make my lounge look much more homely. The whole process from quotation to fitting was seamless with Ryan coming out twice and sharing his expert advice on all the options available for us to choose from. The actual fitting was professional, quick and easy. They even helped me with some electric blinds I’d purchased elsewhere that I was having issues with at no extra charge. Thanks Pretlovesblinds - amazing job!
