What are your shutters made from?

We only use quality materials, therefore our shutters are made from Hardwood (this can therefore be from Beech, Oak, Ash or other tree types). For shutters being used in high moisture rooms such as bathrooms we use uPVC shutters.

Can you put shutters in a bathroom?

Yes, with our water resistant range, shutters can be an ideal choice for high moisture rooms.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is 60% deposit, with the 40% balance due when the work is completed.

Yes, all of our products and services come with a 3 year guarantee as standard.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes, we offer a free no obligation quotation service.

Can I get a quote online?

Yes, if you send us your window measurements, and a photo if possible, we can send an estimate via email.

How long does it take to get shutters fitted?

The shutters take 10-12 weeks from order to arrive with us, however with our speedy service lead time is 4-6 weeks, fitting is then arranged with you usually within a week of us receiving delivery.
